Abstract

The leaders’ existence in conducting their function facing the change occured in their schools by stating the aim, making their deputy function through partisipative approach, based on their leader capability professionally. The head master as an influential person in developing or decreasing educational institution including Islamic educational subject have to be able to run their tasks as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. The head master leadership analysis as developer of PAI learning, if they can run their function as supervisor, leader, innovator in learning PAI policy. The school success in reaching out the PAI learning aim based on the leader capability in running their school. Their role influences to create the purposes has been decided. That is why the organization success in acheiving puposes based on the successful of their leader.

Abstract

Head masters as teacher staff function to lead shools which cunduct education especially in the teaching and learning process. As institution manager, they have an important role such as designer, organizer, staff education, and school supervisor. Taecher as educator transfers knowledge to students. They have experience about their profesion, by this way, they create smart students. As transformator, they plant faith, pious, and causing students to have good moral and autonomous students. The research result show that head master strategy in increasing PAI teacher competece of SMA Miftahul Ulum Ambunten Sumenep are in the field of: a) head master strategy, b) school programs, c) head master role, and d) conducting many changes. The supporting factors are human resources who have higher motivation and work seriously in developing their competence, good facilities for learning, then the obstacles factors are the less of fund or donationn to provide facility in moment time.

Abstract

This study is done in al Urwatul Wutsqo boarding school, and focusing on three aspects, such as cadres forming quality; cadres forming of al Qur’an teacher to increase education quality; and the problems occurred in conducting cadres forming in al Urwatul Wutsqo. The research results are: 1. the cadres forming quality are in the field of a) government support; b) effective leader in managing; c) professional teacher; d) the relevance curriculum; e) graduate with certain quality; f) good culture organization and climate; g) community and parents ‘support. 2. The cadres forming management of al Qur’an teacher to increase education quality are in the field of a) implementation of cadres forming started from the first time the students stay at the boarding house; b) it conducted at diniyah; the graduates are given a card as proof that they have been graduated; practicing of teaching in the institution nearby; 3. The obstacle factors are: a) less of human resources; b) less of cadres forming; c) teachers; and d) the fluctuate system.

Abstract

The role of the foundation's leader is one of the keys between the foundation and the educational institution effectively, because it must pay attention to what happens in every development activity in the institution and the mission of the institution. The leader of the foundation is demanded to continually foster and enhance good cooperative relations with the institution in order to realize the mission of an effective and efficient institution. Institutional programs certainly cannot run smoothly if there is no support from a foundation. This study aims to determine the role of foundation leaders in the development of educational institutions. The place of research was conducted at MA At-taufiq Bogem. Grogol, Diwek, Jombang. The results showed that the foundation's leaders helped determine the policies and regulations of the institution, motivated the work of the head of the institution, strengthened all policies in the institution, played an active role in every institutional facility development, supervised and controlled every institution's activities, attended every board meeting the teacher to see all the problems and developments, hold a period of deliberation with the head of the institution to see the results of the institution's development report, conduct teacher training through monthly meetings, participate in educating teachers and students with santri status in each study filled with the foundation's own leaders who also as caregivers at the foundation's boarding school.

Abstract

Efforts to develop and improve teacher performance are basically an endless organizational need. This is caused by the development and improvement of performance not only if there is a gap between actual performance and expected performance, but also the development and improvement must continue to be done even though there is no gap. In fact, it should always be considered in order to experience continuous improvement. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of teacher performance, how the role of principals in improving teacher performance and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of school principals in improving teacher performance. In this study shows that the role of school principals in improving teacher performance in SMKS Nurul Iman Ellak Sumenep Lenteng Power as follows: 1) Motivating work spirit, 2) Fostering discipline, 3) Giving awards, 4) Providing consultations, 5) Conducting class visits, 6) Demonstrate model attitudes and behaviors, 7) Develop the teaching profession. Meanwhile the supporting factors of school principals in improving teacher performance are: 1) Human resources, namely from the excitement and seriousness of the teachers to improve their performance, 2) Infrastructure facilities that are very helpful in improving teacher performance, such as lab space. computer, projector etc. meanwhile the inhibiting factors are: 1) incomplete infrastructure facilities such as sports fields and library rooms, 2) schools do not have independent funding sources such as school cooperatives.

Abstract

The principal has his own main duties and functions. Without the principal, it is impossible for the school to run well. Therefore, in choosing school leaders it must be truly competent, wise and fair because every leader will be held accountable. Islam views that leadership must be held by someone capable and able to position themselves as obar of truth by setting a good example, because he is uswatun hasanah. The role of the principal is very important, a principal must be able to plan and implement work programs, as well as conduct periodic evaluations of the educational process. As Educators always hold evaluation meetings of all the teachers, As the Manager Principal's controls the students in the learning process through the picket teacher, As the Administrator Principal develops PAI learning through MGMP of religious teachers, As Supervisor The principal conducts supervision activities to improve teacher professionalism. As Leader the headmaster applies KTSP. As an innovator the principal implements three curricula, but the special subjects of PAI stand alone with an allocation of 2 JP / week. Abstract

The role of the principal is very important, a principal must be able to plan and implement work programs, and conduct regular evaluations of the educational process. Learning is essentially a process of interaction between students and their environment, and emphasizes practice. Religious education in schools has an important role in fostering the generation of the Indonesian nation, both in creating humans with moral values ??and having a high spiritual level. The results of this study: 1) The school principal always monitors the teaching staff in carrying out the tasks that have been provided to be implemented according to their fields, the school principal also always provides motivation to the teaching staff at every opportunity and always supports the teaching staff who want to improve their abilities and creativity by trying fulfill what is needed to support the abilities and creativity of the teaching staff under the auspices of the institution they lead. In addition to motivating the teaching staff of the school principal, he also seeks to meet the needs of the teaching staff in order to increase their creativity. 2) The principal in improving the creativity of educators is to see and monitor the learning process directly, involving all parties in the task, involving educators to attend training that can improve their abilities and creativity.
